Kia, the world's fifth-largest vehicle manufacturer, operates in 172 countries with a strong presence in South Africa. The brand's digital presence was previously split between two websites - one for new vehicles and another for used cars and dealerships. Our mission was to unify these platforms to create a seamless customer experience.

The Challenge
Operating separate websites for new and used vehicles created navigation complexity for customers exploring Kia's full range. The divided approach also limited the brand's ability to showcase it's complete offering and connect customers with local dealerships effectively.
The Solution
We executed a focused two-month Product Discovery:
- Analyzed existing Kia South Africa and Global digital experiences
- Conducted stakeholder workshops to identify optimization opportunities
- Drew insights from competitor and international Kia dealership platforms
The result is a unified website that seamlessly showcases Kia's vehicle range, strengthens dealership connections, and delivers an intuitive customer experience aligned with global brand standards.
